  • Write winning proposals, communicate effectively with potential clients, and manage client inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor bids to showcase the company’s strengths and relevant services.
  • Meet monthly targets for new business, successfully closing projects.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to align with company goals and grow revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance the company’s bidding strategy.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide feedback to the technical team to ensure project requirements are well-communicated.

Skills Required:

  • Strong familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience in consultative sales and a deep understanding of client requirements.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of IT services, web development, app development, and software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a desire to achieve sales targets consistently.
