Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Write winning proposals, communicate effectively with potential clients, and manage client inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Understand client requirements and tailor bids to showcase the company’s strengths and relevant services.
- Meet monthly targets for new business, successfully closing projects.
- Collaborate with the business development team to align with company goals and grow revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance the company’s bidding strategy.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide feedback to the technical team to ensure project requirements are well-communicated.
Skills Required:
- Strong familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Experience in consultative sales and a deep understanding of client requirements.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of IT services, web development, app development, and software solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills and a desire to achieve sales targets consistently.
