Specific services and project details will be outlined in a separate written agreement (“Project Agreement”) between you and Codesolvix, detailing the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Record Maintenance: We maintain records of your finalized project files for a reasonable period after project completion. You can request these files at any time, free of charge.
Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for project deliverables will be specified in the Project Agreement. Turnaround time refers to the completion of individual design iterations or service stages. Additional revisions may extend this timeline as outlined in the Project Agreement. We strive to communicate timelines effectively and keep you informed throughout the project.
Effective communication is crucial for project success. All project-related communications, including feedback, revision requests, and questions, should be submitted through our designated platform or via email to your designated point of contact. This ensures all project interactions are properly documented and tracked. Our primary point of contact will manage communication and keep you updated on project progress.
Codesolvix is committed to providing ongoing support. The scope and availability of customer support will be detailed in the Project Agreement. Our support team assists with basic inquiries, troubleshooting, and questions related to project deliverables. For ongoing technical maintenance or complex issues, separate service packages may be available.
Unless explicitly included in the Project Agreement, Codesolvix is not responsible for creating or populating your website with content (text, images, videos). While we can provide recommendations for content creation services, you are ultimately responsible for providing the necessary content.
Codesolvix takes client confidentiality seriously and will maintain an NDA to protect your confidential information. We will not share any project details, strategies, or data with third parties without your written consent. Both parties agree to act professionally and refrain from disparaging or defaming each other in any public forum.

Third-Party Hosting: If you opt for a third-party hosting provider, Codesolvix is not responsible for any server or hosting-related issues.

We strive to deliver high-quality services but understand that refund requests may arise. Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund: Available if requested before any work has begun on your project.
Partial Refund: The refund amount decreases as the project progresses. Specific refund percentages for various stages will be detailed in the Project Agreement.
No Refund: No refunds are granted after project completion or for launched projects.
Refund Processing: To request a refund, contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days upon approval.
If a project remains inactive due to a lack of communication from the client, it may be placed “on-hold.” We will attempt to contact you to reactivate the project. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, the project may be archived. A reactivation fee may apply to restart the project.
These Terms and Conditions, along with the Project Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Codesolvix regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
